Shipping feesرسوم الشحن
When a customer returns an order for a change of mind or similar reason, the published return shipping charge is 27 SAR. For an exchange, another 27 SAR outbound shipping charge applies in addition to the return shipping. Shipping and cash-on-delivery service fees are not refundable.عند الإرجاع بسبب تغير رغبة العميل أو سبب مشابه، تبلغ رسوم الشحن للمخزن 27 ريال حسب السياسة المنشورة. وفي حالة الاستبدال تضاف رسوم شحن جديدة للعميل بقيمة 27 ريال. رسوم الشحن وخدمة الدفع عند الاستلام غير قابلة للاسترداد.

If the store ships the wrong product or the listing contains a store-side error, the published policy states that iCon Store covers the related return or replacement shipping when the product has not been used or opened.إذا تم إرسال منتج خاطئ أو حدث خطأ من جهة المتجر في بيانات المنتج، تنص السياسة المنشورة على تحمل ايكون ستور رسوم الإرجاع أو الاستبدال المرتبطة بذلك بشرط عدم استخدام المنتج أو فتحه.
Tabby and Tamaraتابي وتمارا
The currently published policy states that an order, or part of an order, paid through Tabby or Tamara cannot be returned. Tamara instalments should continue until the exchange or return process is completed to avoid late fees.تنص السياسة المنشورة حاليًا على عدم إمكانية استرجاع الطلب أو جزء منه إذا تم الدفع عن طريق تابي أو تمارا، كما يجب استمرار دفعات تمارا حتى اكتمال إجراءات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع لتجنب غرامات التأخير.
